I am a sysadmin at Internet Scout (https://scout.wisc.edu/) interested
in using the plugin you have created to enable automatic URL linking to
MediaWiki and ViewVC from Mantis
(http://ascend4.org/Automatic_URL_linking_to_MediaWiki_and_ViewVC_from_Mantis).
The download link (http://ascend4.org/d/up/7/77/LinkText.tar.bz2)
appears to be broken. Is the plugin still available? Thank you!
